What keeps ghost hunters coming back, time and again?

- Strange smells, including vintage cologne/antiseptics, tobacco/cigar, burned flesh, bad cabbage/rotting flesh (at site of upstairs accident), baby powder.
- Sighting of apparitions, including children and ‘Big Black’, a large humanoid figure said to be ‘not of this world’.
- Audible sounds/responses (in addition to typical EVPs)
- Women report being grabbed/groped, 1 of which showed marks.
- Doors opening/slamming by unseen presence
- “Earthquakes” while in restroom.
- Toys (jacks/balls/dolls) tossed down stairs.
