Whispers Estate is a beautiful 3,700 sq. ft. Victorian home nestled in the pleasant city of Mitchell, IN. Aside from offering visitors a friendly atmosphere and a place to relax and unwind, it is one of the few places you can go that the walls actually do talk!

What keeps ghost hunters coming back, time and again?

  • 3,700 sq. ft. Victorian-style home
  • Strange smells, including vintage cologne/antiseptics, tobacco/cigar, burned flesh, bad cabbage/rotting flesh, baby powder, and more!
  • Sighting of apparitions, including children and ‘Big Black’, a large humanoid figure said to be ‘not of this world’.
  • Hear audible sounds/responses (in addition to typical EVPs)
  • Women report being grabbed/groped, 1 of which showed marks.
  • Doors opening/slamming by unseen presence
  • Paranormal “Earthquakes” while in restroom.
  • Toys (jacks/balls/dolls) tossed down stairs.
  • Multiple psychics report 1-2 dozen entities at any time.
