Accepted methods of payment ......Paypal (preferred) (Click link to left OR directly send paypal payments to “whispersestate@gmail.com” - just be sure to provide details/reason for payment) ......Cash (not preferred, but happily accepted) ......Cashier’s check ......Personal/Company check (on 2nd/subsequent visits) ......(Checks/Money orders should be made out to “Whispers Estate LLC”) ......Money orders (NO LONGER ACCEPTED. MOST BANKS WILL NOT TAKE THESE ANYMORE)
Deposits ......Desposits are NOW required. ............1) Deposits are required no less than 3 weeks prior to scheduled reservation. ............2) If deposit has not been received within 3 weeks (21 calendar days) of the reservation, that reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellations 1. If you paid a deposit, but cancel with; ......A) More than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from your reservation, we will issue a full refund. ......B) Less than 1 weeks (7 calendar days) from your reservation, no refund will be provided. ......C) (For those of you curious, I’m still trying to work out the cancellations with ‘less than 2 weeks, but more than 1.’ 2. If you have not paid a deposit, and cancel with (for reservations made prior to requiring deposits); ......A) More than 1 week (7 calendar days) from your reservation, we invite you back for future visits, OR. ......B) Less than 1 week (7 calendar days) from your reservation, we’ll grumble, but still invite you back for future visits, OR. ......C) Less than 2 days (2 calendar days) from your reservation, we’ll grumble, and grudgingly invite you back for future visits.
No Shows If you make a reservation, which has not been paid in full (regardless of whether a deposit was paid) and you do not show up, with no prior notification, you will NOT be allowed to make future reservations. (The least you could do is call us the next day and tell us your cat was sick or something). Remember, we could’ve re-booked that night for other guests.
